The Learning Technology Center One Central
The Illinois State Board of Education established the Learning Technology Program (LTC) in 1995 to provide Illinois school districts with the technological resources to improve academic achievement and prepare students for the 21st Century. Under this agreement, ISBE launched the statewide LTC network to help districts design, implement and assess technology needs.
