The Learning Technology Center is now offering Student Email Accounts. Consider this affordable student email hosting for your schools.
The cost of this service includes a one-time start-up fee of $300 per school (which will be waived for schools that sign up before June 30, 2008) and an annual fee of $1.50 per student. This fee reflects a 50% discount compared to privately owned education technology companies. All suburban Cook County high schools are eligible for this service. Elementary school districts will be offered the same services in the second phase of this project, projected to be offered in October, 2008.
